Rest Week

This week is a rest week, only 2 workouts a day with decreased intensity across the board. Since I have only been out here for a week I don't quit feel ready for a rest week. I want to keep pushing it. However I was assured that it would be a wise choice for me to take it easy. For example I wanted to run instead of stationary bike, the trainer almost laughed at me and said I would highly recommend you just spin and take it really easy this week.
Today was another windy rainy day with a cold chill to the air so not the best training conditions but we worked through it with the knowledge of a hot shower and breakfast once we where done.
