Today is my first full day in Oklahoma City. So far so good, I have a nice 4bed room apt. at the University of Central Oklahoma which has been provided for the athletes by the OKCBF. The canoe/kayak portion of OKCBF is based out of the Route 66 boat house on lake Overholser. The lake/estuary we paddle on is awesome there is a 3km straight canal like section then kilometers of narrow whinding river which is protected by woods.

For snow, water, or ice one factor is constant....H2O. I have found fun, adventure, inspiration, passion, solace, new beginnings and friendship while skimming the surface of H2O on cross country skis, skates, in kayaks and canoes. These posts are the never ending adventures brought on by the H20FACTOR and the pursuit of an Olympic dream.

College Sports: Varsity track and field (steeple chase, 5000m), nordic skiing, cross country running. USA National Teams: Junior World Team 2005 nordic skiing, Senior National Marathon Canoe/Kayak team '10,'09,'08. Senior National Sprint Canoe team '08, Sprint Kayak team '10,'09. Top five accomplishments: 1. Figuring out how to pack my life in and on my car in a way that would make it from ME to GA then over to CA, then double back to OKC 2. Completing the entire triple crown of marathon canoe racing in 2007. 3.Graduating college. 4. Earning positions on national teams in 3 sports. 5. well this one is still to be determined.
